Lola's Lost-n-Found
Lola's Lost -n- Found was originally inspired by the many flea market and thrift shop excursions I went on with my mother as a child. Found, donated, collected, re-purposed materials are used to create each unique design. Many beads and s tones have been in my collection since I was a child. What was once lost in a pile of forgotten estate sale bins and housed in a box on a forgotten shelf in an antique store or left in my childhood craft drawers have been dusted off and are used for each piece. I encourage commissioned work. Each design is an original and will never be duplicated. You are sure to have a one-of-a-kind piece.
Janice Quiles-Reyes aka: "Lola" is a Bushwick born-Queens-lovin' native. She's a Fine Artist, Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of LaGuardia Community College's ASL/English Interpreting Program, a mother, wife and an overly-doting dog owner. When she's not doing any of the above, she's either blogging (http://lolaslostnfound.blogspot.com/), working part time at The Yoga Room or experimenting with new recipes in her little Sunnyside kitchen.
